ELTA World Cup Press Conference, Media Coverage

January 23, 2014

For this year’s World Cup, ELTA TV will broadcast all 64 matches in HD with bilingual live coverage. Partnering exclusively with Chunghwa Telecom, ELTA offers multi-screen, cross-platform streaming through TV (MOD), internet (HiNet), and mobile (Hami), allowing fans to enjoy uninterrupted viewing anytime, anywhere. The VOD (Video on Demand) and time-shift/replay features eliminate time-zone inconvenience — no more staying up all night to catch the games. Viewers can freely replay spectacular goals and watch their favorite moments again. Complementing these services, ELTA’s “Football Trio” — commentators Hung Chih-Wei and Hsieh Szu-Yi, along with analyst Shih Ming-Chin — will lead the 2014 Brazil World Cup broadcasts, ensuring the highest level of professional coverage for Taiwanese audiences.
