Corporate Governance Principles

The Company follows the corporate governance principles proposed by the OECD (Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development) as a reference for implementing and enforcing corporate governance systems:

Ensure an efficient corporate governance framework that complies with laws and regulations.
Protect shareholders' rights and facilitate the exercise of those rights, ensuring fair treatment of all shareholders.
Ensure the board of directors effectively supervises management and fulfills its responsibilities to the company and shareholders.
Encourage the company to actively cooperate with stakeholders concerning their legal rights and roles in creating wealth, employment, and maintaining sound financial practices.
Ensure accurate disclosure and transparency of the company's financial status, performance, shareholding structure, and other material information.
