Corporate Governance - Whistleblowing System

Our company engages in business activities based on the principles of fairness, honesty, integrity, and transparency. We have established a "Procedure for Handling Reports of Illegal, Unethical or Dishonest Conduct" and set up a whistleblowing hotline and email to report dishonest, corrupt or any form of fraudulent behavior.

Matters for Whistleblowers to Note:

  • Please provide the whistleblower's name (anonymous reports are allowed) and contact information such as address, phone number, or email.
  • Provide concrete evidence for investigation. If related information and documents are incomplete, the company will not be able to conduct an investigation.
  • Any communication provided by ELTA to you must not be disclosed to anyone. Except as required by law, you may not use ELTA's communications with you as grounds for litigation against the company or third parties, nor use such communications as litigation materials.

Unless otherwise required by law, the personal data provided by whistleblowers will be kept confidential, and appropriate measures will be taken to protect your personal data and privacy in accordance with the law.
