In recent years, ELTA has combined high-quality sports broadcasts with popular entertainment and general programming to deliver consistent revenue growth via MOD. Its social media ecosystem has amassed over two million followers, reinforcing a new hybrid model that blends cloud-based media storage, international sports broadcasting experience, and multi-screen streaming services across MOD and OTT platforms. This year-round model features regular sports broadcasts—such as MLB, NBA, CPBL, BWF badminton, and European football—alongside entertainment programming, providing steady profits. Major international events act as “fireworks,” driving ripple effects across upstream and downstream industries. In 2022, ELTA achieved NT$61.14 million in after-tax profit with EPS of NT$2.81; by mid-2023, profits had already reached NT$60.52 million with EPS of NT$2.77, nearly matching the previous year’s total. Supported by the WBC Baseball Classic in Q1 and the Hangzhou Asian Games in Q3, ELTA’s January–September revenue soared to NT$704 million, up 55.13% year-over-year from NT$454 million.
